Welcome to the Wharton Women in Business (WWIB) website!

Although over 50% of U.S. college graduates are women, only 15% of senior executives in the U.S. are women. We see an opportunity for change. We strongly believe that change can begin with business schools, and we want Wharton and WWIB to lead the way.

Wharton is now nearly 45% women, a huge milestone for the school. WWIB is dedicated to connecting these amazing women and providing them with resources to succeed. This year, WWIB will continue to enhance the impactful programming of our past presidents, which includes strengthening connections, growing professionally, and developing leaders.

In addition, we are excited to announce that the 2012-2013 WWIB Board is focusing on:

• Becoming thought leaders for women in business
• Bringing men into the conversation
• Expanding WWIB’s international footprint
